Pink Berkeley Tie-Dye Tomato
Why I chose it
Some tomatoes earn their place by being reliable; others get in because they're completely ridiculous to look at. Pink Berkeley Tie-Dye is firmly in the second camp. Deep pink fruit streaked with metallic green stripes — I haven't grown this one before, but it looked far too interesting not to try.

The kitchen, garden and care sections can essentially stay as I gave them, but there's one nice difference: Pink Berkeley Tie-Dye is particularly known for a rich, sweet flavour balanced with acidity, so I'd make the kitchen paragraph:
In the kitchen
A tomato this beautiful deserves to be seen. The flesh is rich and juicy with a good balance of sweetness and acidity, making it brilliant for thick slices, sandwiches, salads and platters. I'd be reluctant to turn this one into sauce simply because slicing it open is half the fun.
What you'll receive
One healthy, established Kellogg's Breakfast tomato seedling grown here at A Garden Between. Plants naturally vary in size and shape and may be supplied in reused nursery pots or growing bags — perfectly useful plastic doesn't need replacing simply because it doesn't match.
