Yep — good collection to have. It can catch spinach, kale, lettuces, chard and whatever other leafy victims emerge from the propagation tower.

Leaves worth eating.

A changing collection of spinach, kale and other leafy things grown for the kitchen. Some are familiar favourites, others are varieties I simply wanted to try — all are here because useful food doesn't have to be complicated.

Grow them in the vegetable garden, tuck them into gaps in a potager, or harvest them young and often for an ongoing supply of fresh greens.
